Kirk is a commercial real estate professional with over 8 years of experience in property management and leasing across Canada and the United States. Introduced to the industry through his family’s involvement in real estate and construction, he developed an early understanding of how buildings are run, maintained, and positioned for long-term value.

He has managed portfolios of over 1 million square feet of office, retail, mixed-use, and multifamily space, with a focus on operational performance, tenant retention, and strategic leasing execution.

Known for his hands-on approach, Kirk has overseen day-to-day property operations as well as large-scale repositioning projects and complex lease negotiations. He works closely with building owners, tenants, service providers, and municipalities to drive long-term value and stability across assets.
